Bamboo Finch Nests

Every finch needs a secure nest to raise its family in. Bamboo Nests are often the favorite of finches. These work well for finches as small as Zebras and as large as African Red Heads. These nests can be cleaned and re-used for several clutches then thrown away.

Plastic Finch Nest Box

These nests are excellent for large a small scale breeders alike. They are dishwasher safe which makes them very easy to clean, plus they can last for years! Each nest comes with a removable perch. Hooks which can be mounted on the front or the back so the nest can hang outside or inside the cage are included

Each nest is 5"x5"x5". The top of the nest can be popped open when an outside the cage set-up is used. This ability allows for easy access to the eggs and chicks.

Large Canary Nests

Not all finches will breed in the covered nests. Many like European Goldfinches prefer the open Canary style nest. These Canary nests are extra deep to allow for a more securely built nest and they are easy to clean for the next clutch.

These nests not only work well for breeding birds but they are ideal for non-breeding aviary set-ups. Eggs that are laid can be quickly spotted and removed.

Rope Nest Pad

If your bird is a lazy nest builder, no worries we have that covered as well. The Rope Nest Pad inserts are flexible, sturdy and fairly washable. They wont hold up as long as the nests themselves but like most nesting material they are meant to be discarded after a clutch or two.
